Power plant siting policy documents, 1970-1974 (bulk 1972).

Primarily photocopies of correspondence, interdepartment memos, and reports generated by an interdepartment work group of the Environmental Quality Council (now Board). The EQC reviewed plans of power companies to locate new plants. The work group developed criteria for the EQC to use in determining future power plant sites. The work group included representatives from the Health Department, Pollution Control Agency, Natural Resources Department, and State Planning Agency.
